Come Join Us For a Fun Family Event!

Join us for a beautiful run, walk, or stroll through the Town of Micanopy, enjoying the fresh air, smiling faces and motivational energy all to support the neighborhood school children.  This is a family & stroller friendly event.  Our Color Run includes both liquick and powder color (red,blue, yellow, & green) which are both made from FDA approved food grade coloring and are gluten-free.

We will hold an in person run on Sat., May 15.  The route begins at the front of the school, winds thru beautiful historic MIcanopy, and ends at the back of the school.  Confetti topped pancake breakfast is included with registration and will be pre-packaged to take “to- go” or to eat at outdoor seating area.  To encourage social distancing we will offer three stages:

VIRTUAL RACE OPTION:  Participate from a location of your choice and share your video or pictures to MACS Color Run Facebook event.  All event pictures will be shared for all students on the morning announcements. 

Event Precuations:

·   Participants must not have any COVID 19 symptoms and have not been exposed to COVID within the past 14 days.

·    Participants, staff and volunteers are required to wear masks when in close proximity to others before the Color Run starts and when inside. 

·    There will be staging zones and staggered start times to promote social distancing.

·    Sanitizer will be accessible throughout the event.
